We will meet with the adjuster and be your spokesman to get the roof replaced. Our team handle’s all paperwork and make sure the adjuster is kept informed on the status of the roof and will handle all discrepancies that arise from the insurance scope of work with the adjuster, never the homeowner.
We take pride in the fact that we help make the process as simple and easy as can be for the homeowner! Our team handle’s all aspects of the process with insurance, so you don’t have to! What sets us apart from the competition? We ALWAYS accept whatever payment the insurance is willing to pay. We do not upcharge our customers for an upgrade of a 3-tab (most common roof in the area) into an architectural, 30 year roof. We do that on US!
